Yes. Our vans are self-contained, so they set up in a visitor stall, a surface lot, or approved street parking rather than entering a parkade. Your strata or building management needs to permit vendors — add your building's details in the booking notes and we'll confirm the arrangement before we arrive.

Almost always, yes. We pause exterior water only when it drops below 2°C, which is rare on the coast. When it does, we shift to interior work and road-salt neutralization so your visit still goes ahead. Interior detailing runs year-round regardless of weather.
