Your reference looks like DD-K7M2Q and is in the confirmation email we sent when you booked.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Booking received | We have it and are confirming the slot. |
| Confirmed | You are booked in for that date and window. |
| Detailer confirmed | A detailer has accepted your job. |
| On the way | Your detailer is travelling to you. |
| In progress | Work has started on the vehicle. |
| Completed | Finished, and your card was charged on completion. |
You will hear from us anyway
You do not have to sit on this page. We text and email you when the booking is confirmed and again when a detailer is on the way, to the mobile and address you gave when booking. This page is for when you want to check without digging through your inbox.

If the reference and email are right and nothing comes back, or the status does not look like what you expected, email hello@donedetail.ca with your reference and we will sort it out. We do not have a customer phone line — everything runs through email and text, which means there is always a written record of what was agreed.
