Charlotte's car problems arrive on a schedule. Usually not below the clearance bar. Those decks were built for cars, and a service van carrying water tanks does not fit under a 6'8" beam. The workaround is your assigned space if it happens to be on an open upper level, a visitor bay, or the building's loading zone with the car brought down to it. Note the building at booking so the clearance gets checked first.
Pollen doesn't end in Charlotte, it changes species — pine and oak from late February into May, then willow-oak honeydew from April onward. Waiting for a clean window means waiting until June. What damages paint is dry-wiping the pollen off, not the pollen itself, so a proper wash mid-season beats three months of towel swipes.
